Our Black truffle sauce has unique taste without preservatives or colourants. It has the authentic flavor of the Black Summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum vitt) with perfect consistency. You can add it to any creamy dishes like pasta or risotto. It’s completely ready to use. You can just put it on a nice toast or bruschetta bread. It’s also good for making fillings (tortellini, ravioli, etc.)

We recommend 80gr / 2.82oz for about 2 servings and enjoy the incredible flavor of the truffle sauce. You can use your imagination to create some masterpieces. You can also add Extra virgin olive oil with black truffle for a finish touch.

Shelf life: 36 months at room temperature. Packaged in a glass jar. Once opened, cover with olive oil and keep in the fridge for 7 days.

Ingredients: cultivated mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, summer truffle (tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 2%, salt, garlic, flavourings.
