Shipping and delivery

-The packaging of the truffles is very precise. We use special boxes and coolers, with different weight and sizes, depending on the quantity of the order.

-For shipping our truffles we use the services of DHL Express.

-For European countries the delivery time is 24-48h.

-For the rest of the World the delivery time is 48-72h.

-We ship frozen truffles only to European countries due to the delivery time.

-The packages are send from Monday until Thursday, except for the holidays.

-You will receive your DHL tracking number so you will know where exactly is your order.

-DHL and Bultruffe are not responsible for delaying deliveries due to FDA and CBP inspections.
